Global Leadership

The Lan Lan story was a bespoke project designed for the World Economic Forum, for two hundred Young Global Leaders, that used a combination of performance and participatory workshop to explore issues surrounding China’s rise to power, globalisation, migration and supply chain issues.

Education through Theatre

Health and hygiene awareness

In collaboration with Mercy Corps, Hua Dan developed “George the Germ”, an interactive performance and workshop series created to inculcate children with good health and hygiene practices in the refugee camps following the Sichuan earthquake in May 2008. The fun 30-minute performance was delivered to over 500 children in the months following the earthquake.

Corporate Team-building Workshops

Creativity and innovation in the workplace

Participatory training is the most effective way to get your employees tapping into and unleashing their innate creativity.

Hua Dan’s innovation training began by teaching the staff the basic building blocks of creative thinking and the different ways individuals could access its transformative energy. Then how it could be best applied in the workplace – revitalising the staff, bringing increased productivity and putting the steps in place for the next big idea.

Hua Dan’s training conveys messages necessary for a successful company in a unique and creative way. Our employees learned the importance of teamwork and patience by figuring out a complex problem that could only be solved by listening, learning and working together.
