During the Covid pandemic, our London team began implementing regular online workshops for not just our participants in the UK but for our global teams and even for newcomers from around the world.  We were thrilled to have participation from people in the UK, US, France, Iran, Afghanistan and even China!  The workshops often focused on particular themes, such as ‘Finding Your Voice’ a specialized masterclass in singing and voice for women; a Bollywood dancing workshop, and trainings on assertive behaviour for women.  Some of the feedback we got from participants included:
